They’re how we pass down wisdom, find comfort in chaos, and remind ourselves of who we are. Stories have always been the heartbeat of my work—woven through children’s books, whimsical illustrations, and quiet reflections on life, grief, joy, and creativity.
This little corner of the internet has been my home for sharing those stories—pieces of my heart stitched into blog posts, updates, and sneak peeks of new creations. But as I’ve grown, both as a writer and as a human being navigating this ever-changing world, I’ve realized it’s time for a shift.
Substack feels like a natural evolution. It’s more than a newsletter platform—it’s a space for community, for conversation, for depth. It allows me to share longer reflections, serialized storytelling, behind-the-scenes insights, and little soul prompts… all sent directly to you, with no algorithm in between.
Think of it as a cozy writing café—where you and I meet regularly to sip something warm and talk about life, creativity, meaning, and beauty. Sometimes whimsical. Sometimes raw. Always honest.
Personal essays and story-based reflections
Creative peeks into works-in-progress
Illustrated characters and visual storytelling
Notes on philosophy, emotions, healing, and imagination
Occasional audio or video letters when the moment calls for them
While most of my storytelling will migrate to Substack, this website isn’t going anywhere. Samantha-Jorgenson.com will remain my creative hub—with resources, links to my books and art, and a few carefully chosen blog posts that are especially helpful for new readers (and yes, for search engines too).
So if you land here looking for papercrafts, literary-inspired art, or children’s books centered around emotional intelligence, you’ll still find a beautifully curated path.
If my stories have ever made you feel less alone—or more enchanted—I’d love to meet you there. Subscribing is free, and I’ll also offer optional paid tiers with extra treats for those who want to support my work more deeply.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for walking this path with me.
With warmth and wonder,
Samantha
